Payment Information
Mlianetv™ aims to make checkout direct and understandable. The complete order total is shown for review before the customer submits payment.
Available Payment Methods
The payment methods currently available to a customer are displayed during checkout.
Depending on the customer’s device, location, currency, and checkout provider, available options may include:
- Major credit or debit cards
- Supported digital wallets
- Other secure electronic payment methods displayed at checkout
A payment option should not be considered available unless it appears in the customer’s active checkout session.
We do not recommend sending cash or complete payment-card details through email, telephone messages, or postal mail.
When Payment Is Collected
When an order is submitted, the payment provider may authorize or capture the order total.
An authorization confirms that the payment method appears able to cover the transaction. Depending on the payment provider, a pending authorization may appear before the final charge is completed.
If an order is canceled before fulfillment, an authorization may be reversed or an already captured payment may be refunded.
Order Total
Before payment is submitted, checkout displays the available combination of:
- Product subtotal
- Shipping charge
- Applicable taxes
- Valid discount
- Final amount due
Customers should review the total before completing the purchase.
Taxes are calculated or displayed according to available destination and transaction information. Customers are responsible for any obligations that are not collected by the store when applicable.
Payment Security
Payments are processed through authorized ecommerce payment services. These providers use their own systems to transmit, authorize, and protect payment information.
Mlianetv™ does not ask customers to send full card numbers or security codes by ordinary email.
Customers should contact their payment provider immediately if they believe a payment method has been used without permission.
Declined Payments
A transaction may be declined because of:
- Incorrect card or billing information
- Insufficient available funds
- An expired payment method
- A bank security restriction
- Address-verification failure
- Unusual transaction activity
- A temporary payment-network error
When payment fails, customers should review the entered details or contact the card issuer or payment provider. Our support team may be able to confirm whether the store received an order, but it cannot override a financial institution’s decision.
Pending or Duplicate-Looking Charges
A failed or repeated checkout attempt may create one or more temporary authorization entries.
These entries are not always completed charges. The issuing bank determines how quickly unused authorizations disappear.
When two completed charges appear for the same order, contact us with the order number and non-sensitive transaction details. Do not send the complete card number.
Currency
Orders are charged in the currency displayed during checkout.
A bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion rate, international transaction charge, or account fee. Those charges are controlled by the provider and are not collected by Mlianetv™.
Discounts
Only one discount may apply unless the promotion expressly allows combinations.
A discount must be entered or activated before checkout is completed. We cannot guarantee that a promotion can be applied retroactively to a completed order.
Discounts have no standalone cash value and are subject to their displayed eligibility requirements and expiration terms.
Refund Payments
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
After we issue the refund, the customer’s bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the amount appears in the account.
Refunds cannot normally be redirected to another card, account, digital wallet, or recipient.
