Store Use Terms
These terms apply to access to the Mlianetv™ online store, product browsing, account use, purchases, reviews, and related services operated by Rifle Paper Co. Inc.
By using the store or submitting an order, the user agrees to these terms and the policies referenced within them.
1. Store Eligibility
Users must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement in their location or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
The store may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
2. Accurate Customer Information
Customers agree to provide current and accurate information during checkout, including contact, billing, delivery, and payment details.
Customers are responsible for reviewing order information before submission and for updating us promptly when a correctable error is discovered.
3. Product Presentation
We aim to describe products clearly, including their intended use, principal materials, dimensions, quantities, and included components when relevant.
Screen settings, lighting, photography, production variation, and material characteristics can cause minor differences in color or appearance.
Lifestyle photographs may contain decorative objects that are not included. Only the items identified in the product title, description, specifications, or package contents form part of the purchase.
4. Prices and Availability
Prices are displayed in the currency identified by the store or checkout system.
Prices, product availability, and promotional terms may change before an order is accepted. A price change does not affect an order that has already been accepted unless the original price resulted from an obvious technical or typographical error.
Placing an item in a cart does not reserve inventory.
5. Order Review and Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges that the store received the order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has completed all payment, inventory, fraud-prevention, or fulfillment checks.
We may decline or cancel an order for reasonable reasons, including:
- Unavailable inventory
- Invalid or incomplete payment
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
- Delivery restrictions
- Incorrect pricing caused by a clear system error
- Unusual resale quantities
- Violation of these terms
When a canceled order has already been charged, the appropriate amount will be returned to the original payment method.
6. Payment Authorization
Customers authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout.
Some providers place temporary authorization holds. A pending authorization is not always a completed charge and may be released according to the provider’s process.
Customers must use a payment method they are authorized to use.
7. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Orders are also governed by the store’s shipping and return policies.
Delivery dates are estimates unless a guaranteed service is expressly identified. Customers must provide a complete and deliverable address.
Refund eligibility depends on the condition of the product, the reason for the request, the return period, and the instructions provided by customer support.
8. Acceptable Store Use

9. Brand and Creative Rights
The Mlianetv™ name, logo, product presentation, written content, graphics, photographs, layouts, and other store materials are owned by or licensed to Rifle Paper Co. Inc., unless otherwise stated.
Store access does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use protected materials.
Limited personal use of the store for ordinary shopping is permitted.
10. Reviews and Submitted Content
When users submit reviews, photographs, comments, or feedback, they confirm that the content is truthful, relevant, and theirs to share.
Submitted content must not contain unlawful material, private information about another person, fabricated experiences, threats, discriminatory abuse, malicious code, or intellectual-property infringement.
We may moderate or remove content that violates these standards. We are not required to publish every submission.
11. Third-Party Services
The store may rely on or link to payment providers, carriers, social platforms, analytics providers, and other third-party services.
Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third-party service that we do not control, although customers may contact us when the service relates directly to an Mlianetv™ order.
12. Store Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the store for maintenance, security, operational, or business reasons.
Continuous or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve active order records and customer-service access during material interruptions.
13. Disclaimers
Products and store services are provided subject to the descriptions and warranties expressly stated with them and any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not provide additional implied promises about uninterrupted website availability, universal product suitability, or outcomes that depend on a user’s individual preferences or manner of use.
14. Limitation of Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rifle Paper Co. Inc. will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from store use when such losses were not reasonably foreseeable.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be limited, including applicable mandatory consumer rights.
15. Responsibility for Misuse
A user may be responsible for reasonable losses, claims, or expenses arising from that user’s unlawful misuse of the store, infringement of another person’s rights, or material violation of these terms.
16. Governing Principles
These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Florida, without removing consumer protections that must apply in the customer’s place of residence.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms when store practices, services, or legal requirements change.
The updated version will be posted with a revised date. Changes apply prospectively unless a different approach is required by law.
